Die Ernährungspyramide kann nicht ganz stimmen, da mindestens zweimal täglich Obst Nonsense ist. Ok, Nonsense ist vielleicht zu grob. Letztendlich macht es die Menge, denn man darf nicht den Fruchtzucker vergessen!

Diese Ernährungspyramide ist sowieso ziemlich veraltet und sollte nicht im Detail ernst genommen werden.
