MP3s schneiden unter Ubuntu-Linux

Heute brauchte ich mal ein Tool, um Mp3s zu schneiden. Die Tools, die da im Ubuntuusers-Wiki beschrieben wurden, gefielen mir aber auf Anhieb nicht ;-) Also hab ich mal die Probe gemacht, ob mp3DirectCut (Open Source, LGPL), das ich ja schon auf dem Windows-Volume des USB-Sticks hatte, unter Wine läuft. mp3directcut.png Ohne Probleme, würde ich sagen. Keine Zeitverzögerungen im Sound, keine Instabilitäten (unter Windows hatte ich damit schon mal ein paar Abstürze). Netzwelt hat ein Tutorial: MP3s schneiden mit mp3DirectCut.

    tobias: Ich könnte da noch http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ empfehlen.

    cabi: Audacity ist nen feines Stück Software :-) Schneidet aber, so viel ich weiß, MP3s nicht direkt, sondern wandelt sie vorher in WAVs um. :-)

    alp: mp3directcut macht nur das und ein paar andere Kleinigkeiten. Nur zum schneiden wäre mir Audacity zuviel.
