YaKuake

YaKuake ist geil. Es ist ein Terminal-Emulator, der blitzschnell auf Knopfdruck (voreingestellt ist die Taste F12) auf dem Desktop auftaucht und auch genauso schnell wieder verschwindet. Man kann sein Aussehen verändern/anpassen und es erstreckt sich bei mir ohne weitere Konfiguriererei über die gesamte Bildschirmbreite (so, wie ich's will) und nimmt ca. 40% des oberen Bildschirmbereichs ein, wenn man F12 drückt. Ubuntu Umgwamanda-Mitglieder können es sich apt-getten: sudo apt-get install yakuake A pro pos shell: ssldump. Kannte ich auch noch nicht.

    martin: So unterschiedlich sind die Geschmäcker. Für mich muß es zum Arbeiten ein Original-xterm mit 80x24 sein, das sich beim Drücken von "Alt+X" zu öffnen hat. Alles andere ist nicht akzeptabel. :-)
